I have chosen my major in baking and pastry art, as I have always been interested and fascinated by baking. I was a teenager when I started baking brownies, and since then, I have loved baking goods for various occasions. My passion for baking led me to cake decoration and I took Wilton cake decoration courses and started a home-based business.

My education is essential as my degree will help me figure my career out and help me establish as I will be entering as an entry-level chef and baker. I want to work as a baker, cake decorator, and pastry chef, in the order stated. One of my dreams is to work on a cruise ship as a pastry chef as well. The Kendall College Trust scholarship has helped me financially as I was unemployed back in Winter and Spring. I am an international student in the USA, and my student fee is relatively high compared to national students. Currently, my sister is sponsoring my studies, but I will pay her back. This scholarship has helped me a lot in becoming independent in those terms. Even right now, due to my tuition being decreased, I am mentally quite relaxed. In today’s world, we have to take care of our mental health as much as physical health.
