My final quarter here at Kendall is officially over! For my final quarter, I was part of two extremely challenging, but very amazing courses. The first class was a bread and dessert production class, which focused on producing mass amounts of breads for our dining room service. This class helped us to be able to plan our time wisely and be able to calculate the ingredients that we need as well as the amount of portions that we need.

The second class that we took was in the Dining Room at Kendall and was one of the most enjoyable classes that I have ever had. Being on the line on the dessert station for the entire Dining Room to see was so exhilarating and challenging, but so amazing. This last quarter has been one to remember.
