During my time on internship, I have learned a great deal about the hotel industry which I had never been exposed to before. Being the first hotel I’ve worked in, I was able to gain valuable experience at the W hotel on Lakeshore. The hotel was very busy during my time there and allowed me to learn all about the front office operations. We have a saying whatever/whenever which means doing just about anything to wow our guests.

My internship just ended today the 16th of December and I was offered to continue working for them on call. Receiving this scholarship allowed me to accept this on call position and not have to work part time somewhere.
