Kendall College Trust Holds Annual Scholarship Luncheon

The Kendall College Trust (KCT) hosted its annual scholarship award luncheon for the 32 scholarship recipients of the 2016-2017 academic year at Kendall College on November 8, 2016. The board and recipients enjoyed a buffet to celebrate their achievement.

Kim Shambrook, President of Kendall College, commended the KCT Scholarship Committee made up of, Bradford Graham (Chair) and directors Penny Brown, Bernard Dobroski, Raymond Geraldson Jr and Paul Daly, on their hard work and dedication in selecting the students. Bradford Graham along with the KCT board President, Gorman Cook presented each student present with their certificate to honor their award.

Beck Hughes, recipient of the Emily Williams Knight Hospitality Scholarship had this to say about his award.

“I am greatly thankful and honored to be the first recipient of the Emily Williams Knight Hospitality Scholarship through Kendall College Trust. The generous award is not only making my family proud, but also it is giving me motivation and encouragement to become a better person both personally and professionally.” Beck Hughes, 2016-2017 Emily Williams Knight Scholarship Recipient
