My time with Kendall College is almost coming to an end. This is my last quarter before I go on my internship and start my full-time career in the Hospitality Industry. I have learned so much in my three years at Kendall. So many new cooking techniques from the Chefs when I started my program three years ago.  To now, as I finish my Capstone project and understand the financial part of starting a business. Like finding investors, budgeting, and managing employees.

As I enter this field, I know that there is still a lot of skills I will learn from real-world experience, and I’m ready for it. I have been practicing time management, organization, and communication, and I’m prepared to put it to work in my future endeavors.

The Kendall College Trust has kept me motivated to stay focused in school and concentrate on my studies. Now that I have finished, I want to keep that momentum and strive to be the best manager during my internship, to show the Kendall College Trust that their investment in my future did not go unnoticed.

Thank you to all the staff at Kendall College for pushing me to be my best and for giving me the skills and knowledge I will use the years to come.
