About Yes, Chef! Culinary Camp

The Yes, Chef! Culinary Camp, a program by the Foundation for Culinary Arts, empowers underserved CPS high school students by providing life skills through cooking and placing them on a culinary career track. Focusing on students from Chicago’s west and south sides, the camp enriches their culinary knowledge, cultural awareness, and sense of community.

With funds raised through this dinner, Lardon will be sponsoring a week-long summer camper with culinary instruction, field trips, equipment kits, uniforms, instructional materials, food supplies (for both in-class use and take-home dishes for their families), and performance-based prizes.
