The chicken will fly the coop right into the fryer for a philanthropic cause for Kendall College Trust’s fourth annual Fried Chicken & Champagne Fest on Saturday, February 2, 2019. The party will be held at Kendall College from 11:30 am-3:00 pm. All event proceeds benefit Kendall College Trust, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that raises scholarship funds for students in need obtaining their culinary and hospitality degrees and supports the Kendall College Trust Culinary Camp for high school students from underserved communities in Chicago.

Kendall College Trust Executive Director, Catherine De Orio gathers a roster of Chicago’s finest chefs who can make clucking awesome fried chicken to fry-up their take on this classic dish.

The fried dishes will be paired with different types of Champagne and sparkling wines provided by Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits along with Goose Island beer. The VIP Champagne Lounge will serve up premium selections from Pops for Champagne curated by Mike Seward. Sip on champs while munching on bites from the following chefs:

The lineup of esteemed chefs will put their own unique spin on the classic American dish, while vying for the following three awards:

Tickets

Basic Bird $90: Includes tastings of each chef’s fried chicken dish, accompaniments, Goose Island beer, sparkling water, dessert, sparkling wine and Champagne *.

Fancy Fowl $195: Includes all of the above perks PLUS 30-minute early entry and exclusive access into the Pops for Champagne pop-up lounge featuring an impressive selection of premium Champagnes. *

*Must be 21 years of age or older to attend this event. Proof of age will be required at the door.

No refunds will be issued.

A portion of the ticket sales and donations made toward the fund are tax deductible. Kendall College Trust will provide appropriate documentation.
